The exercise was launched with the attendance of Major General Abdullah Faris Al-Muhairbi, Deputy Commander of the UAE Navy, and Major General Matthew Kawas, Deputy Commander of the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command and Deputy Commander of the U.S. Fifth Fleet, along with several officers and officials from both sides.

The two-week exercise, taking place in various locations across the country, is part of scheduled military drills between the two nations. Its purpose is to exchange expertise, enhance military capabilities, and strengthen operational readiness and cooperation between the naval forces of both countries.
