Major General Rashid Mohammed Al-Shamsi, Deputy Commander of the Air Force and Air Defence, met with Rear Admiral Hugues Laine, Commander of the French Forces deployed in the Indian Ocean Naval Region, and his accompanying delegation at his office in the Ministry of Defence.
During the meeting, which was attended by senior officers and officials from both sides, they reviewed the cooperation between the two friendly countries, particularly in the military and defence fields, and discussed ways to strengthen and develop this cooperation to serve their common interests.
