Brigadier General Yusuf Abdullah Al Kaabi, Commander of Joint Aviation, attended the graduation ceremony for several courses at the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Institute in Dubai, in the presence of several officers and officials from the Ministry of Defence.
The ceremony began with verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech from the institute’s commander, who praised the Ministry of Defence’s efforts in providing trainees with all necessary educational tools and knowledge to develop their skills and capabilities, as well as its role in preparing non-commissioned officers and personnel.
The Commander of Joint Aviation extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to the trainers, supervisors, and the graduates for their dedication in completing the required training periods and for their diligent efforts, which resulted in success and excellence. He encouraged them to arm themselves with the weapon of knowledge and to apply the scientific knowledge, expertise, and training skills they acquired during the courses to their units.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Commander of Joint Aviation honored the top graduates and several retired non-commissioned officers, wishing everyone continued success and distinction.
