The Joint Operations Command of the Ministry of Defence announced the execution of the 51st airdrop of humanitarian and relief aid as part of “Good Birds” operation over the Gaza Strip, continuing its ongoing efforts to support families in isolated areas that are difficult to reach.

The total amount of aid dropped since the launch of the “Good Birds” operation has reached 3,463 tons of food and relief supplies.

Through “Good Birds” operation, the UAE has created a humanitarian effort that helped alleviate the suffering of displaced people due to the war and met their basic needs.

The aid included food supplies and essential provisions to cope with the harsh conditions faced by the people of Gaza, as part of the UAE’s commitment to provide urgent and continuous humanitarian support to the Palestinian brothers.

It is worth noting that the airdrop operations were temporarily halted due to the security situation in the region. This precautionary measure was taken to ensure the safety of the teams, facilities, and equipment. Strengthening security procedures in such cases is a priority to protect lives and property.
